LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original condition, featuring all tags and packaging intact. We ensure a seamless process for our international clientele to maintain the integrity of your shopping experience.
Request Authorization
Access your account or the guest order portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Parcel
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within the shipping box, ensuring the provided return invoice is included.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via the portal to the outside of the package, removing any previous tracking stickers.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
